Bookings

  • If Play Pandas cancel any outdoor sessions due to bad weather, PlayPandas will offer an alternative date, or parents will be refunded. 
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payments must be received 24 hours before attending the class. If payment is not received 24 hours before a class, the booking will be cancelled and offered to the next available person
  • Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • 48 hours notice is required if you cannot make a class and wish to offer the class to someone else. A booking can be moved to another available date - once 48 hours notice is given **this is only subject to availability and may not always be facilitated.
  • If a class has not received the minimum amount of bookings, Play Pandas may have to cancel the class and each booking will be refunded

Health and Safety

  • Please stay at home if; You, or your child, are showing symptoms of COVID 19.
  • All medical conditions (including allergies) must be disclosed during registration. Please keep Play Pandas up-to-date should this change, by emailing us at hello@playpandas.ie
  • The food based products are freshly made for each class which involves a lot of preparation time before each class, this is why 48 hours advance notice is needed for a child that has allergies.
  • In addition to staying at home if you or your child have COVID 19 symptoms, we also ask you not to attend Play Pandas if you or your child have any of the following conditions: vomiting bug, diarrhoea, chickenpox, impetigo, hand foot and mouth disease, conjunctivitis, whooping cough, scarlet fever, norovirus or other similar contagious conditions.
  • In the instance of vomiting or diarrhoea, for you or your child, you must both be clear of symptoms for at least 24 hours before attending Play Pandas classes.
  • We cannot offer a refund for a class missed due to illness, you may offer your place to a friend. Please notify Play Pandas if you wish to give your place to someone else.
  • No nut products are permitted to be brought to a Play Pandas classes.
  • Play Pandas conduct risk assessments of the area in which in the classes are being held (both indoor and outdoor classes) and of the equipment being used.
  • Play Pandas have full Public Liability insurance and all Play Pandas class facilitators are trained in Paediatric First Aid.

Supervision

  • All children attending Play Pandas must be accompanied by an adult (a person over the age of 18), for the duration of the class.
  • It is not the responsibility of the Play Pandas facilitator to supervise your child, the accompanying adult must supervise their child at all times.
  • During indoor sensory play classes, please try to ensure that your child keeps the materials from each play station where they found them - this will help to prevent slipping and tripping hazzards.
  • No running is permitted during indoor sensory play sessions.

Photographs

  • Please inform Play Pandas if you do not wish for your child to be photographed during the classes. When booking online, you will be asked about your consent.
  • We encourage you to take photographs of your child during our classes, however, you must only take photographs of your own child, you are not permitted to include other children attending Play Pandas in your photographs.

Outdoor Classes

  • Outdoor class bookings will go ahead unless you receive an email from Play Pandas to cancel the class.
  • Outdoor classes do run the risk of rain showers during the classes, please dress your child in appropriate clothing.
  • If the ground is too wet during set up and the Play Pandas class facilitator deems the play area not safe or fit for purpose you will be notified as soon as possible by text and email and a refund will be issued.
  • Play Pandas aim to give minimum 12 hours notice for an outdoor class cancellation due to bad weather forecasts, this will be sent via text message and email.

Play Pandas are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class. 

Please dress your child in appropriate clothing that you do not mind getting messy. A change of clothes for your child, a towel and wipes are advised to be brought to each class.
